A Dose of Hope from...Banking

One reason we lack trust in institutions is that we witness their scandals, but not their recoveries. Today, I want to find a glimmer of hope in progress 14 years in the making. The demise of Libor in the financial system shows that change can come; it just takes a long time, involves lots of tedium, and often isn't sexy enough to attract much attention.
