I appreciate the move to condense to Substack. After listening to the overconsumption episode, I worked up the courage to delete my Facebook and Instagram from my phone! I’m still keeping my Facebook account, as there are groups related to the college my daughter will attend next year, that have value. But, it was scrolling through both FB and Insta and not seeing one post from someone I know that finally did it for me. Substack is now my only “social media”!
Thanks for the translation for those of us not teenagers in the early aughts. I was 50 in 2007 and most of you all’s cultural touch points are a mystery to me ;-)
Love the pebble idea. Definitely need this! Also... 2020 also started with WTF. I'm trying to Taylor-Swift-Shake-It-Off but I don't like the implications.

I love Erin Moon’s Friday Little Treasures newsletter for this reason. It’s the best of the internet.
Yep! Erin H. Moon for the win.

I love the pebbles idea and would even love those to include memes and images as well!
oh yes! Memes are a whole love language!
Lovely! And thank you! I collect heart shaped rocks - will send a picture of one with love to you and yours!
I do too! My granddaughter has caught the bug and the only thing bad about that is her eyes are better than mine and she sees them first.
