Thank you for the Chinese Adoptee article. My siblings ad several cousins were all from adoptions from various Asian countries, including China. I think about the stories were we told and what the truth is often. 😔. I think of their families "back there." It's weird for me, being the one kid not adopted... Much like the parents in the article, I want to support any connections my siblings may be interested in looking for, but so far no has done that. As far as I know no one has taken as DNA test either, probably on purpose.
I understand stress. Every single being on this planet goes through it. Some of us on a daily basis. Depending on what is happening to your life as an individual. Whilst I emphasize about someone with mental health struggle. This is not the time to let down your guard. I'm talking about our elected officials. They knew that being in politics was going to be uber-stressful and life changing for better or worse. I feel for Fettermen to a certain extent. Him having a stroke changed him. In more ways than one. People that have had strokes are unfortunately prone to getting irritable quicker, get a short fuse and lash out at others. He also suffers from depression. Let's be honest. He should have never won. Once he got that stroke he should have past the baton to another democratic candidate that could have taken his place. However, things were different when he was running. I don't think PA constituents would have voted for someone else. At the time it was either him or the nasty POS Dr. Oz. So I get it. Either way let's not lose focus on the goal. Beating the evil unscrupulous fascist GOP regime. We have to annihilate them at the ballot 🗳 box in November 20226. Take a breather, take a break, try and relax. But then get back into the game. We can not, must not let these demons win. Stay strong peeps. 👊🗽🇺🇸💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳
I am, also, one of the people who found PP because of Jen Hatmaker! I am eternally grateful for that ❤️And, Beth, I celebrate the return of Otega Oweh with you!! My heart is still sad that Travis Perry transferred so this was the good news KY fans needed this week😊😊🏀🏀
Lip Sync Battle: When I am having a bad day I watch Joseph Gorden Levitt's or Anna Kendrick's. Honorary Mention to Anne Hathaway's.
My heart hurts for Senator Fetterman. I don't know who his inner circle is that could talk to him or who he would trust to not think it was political but actually an act of care from the heart. I hope he still trusts/listens to those people right now. And I hope they are saying the hard things out loud. Not an easy task to uphold for any of us.
If you aren’t already, I highly recommend yoga and acupuncture for the hips and stress, to anyone who experiences less than inner peace. I just returned from acupuncture and am floating on air. Last night I did a warm yin yoga class and slept like a log. Please take care, everyone. 🙏
I know I’m not alone in having found you way back when through Jen Hatmaker! It would be fun for you to ask people to raise their hands if that’s the case— I’d love to know a ballpark number!
It's funny because I love all of Jen Hatmaker's books and only rarely listen to her podcast, but I have not missed a PP episode since I heard Sarah and Beth on one of the rare times I tuned into Jen's podcast.
She has been such an incredible supporter and friend to our work. We honestly cannot overstate the value of her sharing her platform with us, offering advice and mentorship, and being a true friend to our show. -M
I’m behind on the reading but came here to say the links Beth left us more than paid for Patreon this month
As my husband got an upgraded phone last week and somehow we’ve
All in the family had to redo 9011 million passwords
I cackled loudly at the password article
So well said!!

I found Pantsuit Politics through Jen as well. I just can’t figure out when it was. I think they were on her podcast and I was hooked
Also here because of Jen! I started listening in 2016 and haven’t missed an episode since!
2018 midterms when they were talking about BETO!

Me! In 2018 around midterm elections.
