The Best Gift Guide Available
If you’ve been listening to our Premium Episodes this week, you’ve heard from some of our Executive Producers about why they've chosen to support Pantsuit Politics in such a meaningful way. They support Sarah and Beth’s work in every way: They are a focus group. Their financial support makes it possible for us to have professional audio editing and a full team to make our work better. They give us ideas and feedback on our episodes. And today, we are delighted to share some of their best ideas for holidays gifts.
Some of the Executive Producers are small business owners like Sarah and Beth and we’ve given them some space to share their work here. Unless marked, these are not affiliate links. Most of all, these are thoughtful gift ideas from generous, giving people. We’re grateful to them for sharing their ideas and would love to hear your go-to gift ideas in the comments.

Obama in Hindsight
We started this show when President Obama was still in office back in November 2015. Of course, we talked about him some in those early years, but we’ve never really had an intentional conversation about our early experiences and impressions of him. We’re doing that today.

I'm a single gal and an honorary auntie to many, and this is my method now. All the kids get an ornament and $20. Immediate family members (all adults) give each other one book and one ornament. All others get a hug, a card saying that I made a donation to a local food shelf in their honor, and an invitation for a coffee/lunch date in 2026. I know this method isn't available to everyone, but it's fun and I was basically done thinking about Christmas gifts in October.
Ornaments were purchased from here, all handmade and fair trade: https://www.fmscmarketplace.org/collections/christmas
I can attest that Grandma’s coffee cakes are delicious. Thank you for a great list
